This is our first edition. We are highlighting the key updates from February 2026, while also looking back at a few important projects from 2025 that had a real impact on the way we work. From now on, each edition will focus on the month in question, with a clear and direct summary of what we have been building, testing and learning.
We started producing marketing pieces using After Effects templates, enabling faster creation of video assets for campaigns and digital channels.

We will soon launch an intent-driven Finder, designed around a key insight: users usually search by problem, not by service name. Instead of relying on exact service terms, the Finder allows users to describe their issue in their own words. The system interprets the underlying intent and surfaces the most relevant services. The goal is to reduce friction and help customers move faster from problem to solution.
We are preparing an Apple CTO configurator that will allow customers to explore a much wider range of Mac configurations directly on the site. Instead of being limited to stock models, the system maps the full set of possible Apple configurations, allowing us to capture orders even for setups not physically available.
